About one hour ago the judge here in Tver pronounced that Alivia Elena Victoria is now my daughter! The 10 day wait was waived and we are leaving in just a couple minutes to pick her up from the orphanage! I'll post pictures later today.
You can't imagine how excited I am! This is beyond anything I ever imagined!

I am so happy for you, Alivia, and your family. May the journey home be smooth and easy . . .
When you get back and have had a chance to settle in, you will have to share more of your journey. Caviar flavored potato chips??? I don't know if I want to do that.
And how about a big round of cheers for waiving the 10-day waiting period!!!
